Answering Reception telephone callsGreeting visitors / answering the doorbell – manage people signing in and give out security passesAssisting with all Post – collecting from downstairs, sending, receiving and distributingFranking Machine maintenanceParking App managementRaising POs/ process invoicesAssist with IT requirementsMaintain Site teams/addressesAssisting with HandS requests for officeNew Starters – create key fobs, introductions around the officeCoffee machine – maintenance and keeping in good working orderManage and order supplies of tea/coffees etcMilk / fruit ordersStationary ordersFirst Aider / Fire MarshallFire drillsWorking closely with all parties, the landlord, maintenances team (Phosters), Cynergi etcOffice MaintenanceAssist all teams with general admin duties as neededAssist with WL team and charity fundraisers eventsRequirements
Behave in line with our company values – Integrity, Caring and QualityGCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or aboveAdministration positions held previouslyPrevious office environment experienceWorked in a reactive and fast-paced position previouslyA high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDriveDemonstrable process implementation skills, including workload managementKnowledge of principles and practices of basic office environmentKnowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keepingOrganised and efficientAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a larger teamExcellent communications skillsExperience in working in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can change dailyFull time position 8.30am – 5pmDesirable
