Providing extensive all round administrative and secretarial support in the officePreparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and proposalsAnswering incoming telephone calls and dealing with client and site worker enquiriesMaintaining contract details on the computer system and recording details of progressManaging ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation files and updating on a weekly basisMaintaining staff records and recording details of holiday and sickness absences
