Position:
Office AdministratorWe are looking for two detail-oriented Office Administrators, to support our clients team in a quiet, professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and keeping an office running smoothly.Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for clients and team.Manage calls, emails, post, and visitor reception.Draft letters/emails, scan, file, and maintain records.Prepare engagement/disengagement letters.Support invoicing, credit control, and company secretarial tasks.Assist with marketing and general office duties.Requirements
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proactive and able to multitask.Excellent communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in accounting or professional services is a plus.Benefits
