Central London.What you’ll be doing
Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for senior leaders.Maintaining tidy and efficient filing systems, both digital and physical.Assisting with HR administration, such as onboarding new team members and keeping employee records up to date.Managing expenses, company insurance, and logistics for team travel.Supporting departments with admin tasks like data entry, reporting, and presentation preparation.Coordinating company events, team socials, and internal activities.Ensuring the office is a welcoming, professional space for staff and visitors.What we’re looking for
Proven experience in office administration or a similar support role.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.An interest in sports is a bonus.Seniority level
