You will contribute to the implementation of functional people plans that align with our evolving goals. Your main responsibility will be to foster a culture of engagement, develop team capacity, and promote inclusivity throughout the organisation.

What You’ll Do

Deliver people plans across your business portfolio, helping Flutter become the natural home for the world’s best talent.

Partner with leaders to align people and talent strategies with business goals.

Support and coach managers to build engaged, high-performing, and inclusive teams.

Collaborate across HR and the wider business to create a seamless employee experience.

Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that enable growth.

Embed core people processes across reward, engagement, performance, talent, and DEI.

Use people analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.

Champion HR processes and policies, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.

How You’ll Do It

Bring 5+ years’ experience as a HRBP/People Partner in dynamic, global environments.

Adapt quickly to changing business needs, using pragmatic, solution-focused thinking.

Deliver at pace, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams, acting as a true partner.

Apply business acumen to align people strategies with organizational objectives.

Stay resilient under pressure while working independently and collaboratively.

Bring a strong customer service attitude, ensuring teams and leaders feel supported.
