Our long-term goal is to help businesses turn transactions into long-term relationships.We are searching for a Senior People Partner supporting our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role will be a strategic partner to sales leaders from the talent perspective: developing people processes, coaching leaders, guiding organizational design, leading talent and feedback processes, using data to provide insights, and helping build a high-performing Field Sales team with leadership input.What you’ll do

Partner with Field Sales leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these goalsDevelop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career developmentDrive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive team culture and sense of belongingCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of people programs and processes across the organisationProvide coaching and support to leaders on people-related issues, including employee relations, talent development, and change managementPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the organisation has the right talent in the right roles, at the right timeKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and bring new ideas to the organisationYour Profile

8+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner, ideally in a Field Sales or other commercial organisationsStrong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development best practicesProven ability to partner with business leaders to drive results through people strategiesExcellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentExcellent project management with ability to manage multiple parallel projects and stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset and customer-focused approachA learning mindset and high level of resourcefulness and determinationData-driven, able to analyze data, translate into actionable steps and tell a storyExcellent stakeholder management and ability to lead through influenceWhat would make you successful at SumUp
