- £39,784 (National) or £45,456 (London – for London office based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home.Contracted Hours:

team, you might get the chance to:
Lead on organisation change projects, balancing business-as-usual with strategic transformation.Drive recruitment and redeployment activities that ensure value for money and the right outcomes for CQC.
The roleLead HR support:
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and directors, ensuring HR services meet business needs and align with policy and best practice.Manage and develop teams:
Line manage People Support Advisors, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Oversee casework and change:
Manage complex HR cases and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

Experience delivering HR advice:
You’ve worked in an HR advisory role, supporting managers with people-related issues and applying HR policies confidently.Knowledge of HR operations:
You understand key HR areas like resourcing, reward, and organisational development, and can apply this knowledge to real-world challenges.Ability to manage risk and influence:
You’ve assessed HR risks and influenced decisions through clear communication and evidence-based recommendations.
