Account Executive Enablement, Senior ManagerSnowflake is seeking an Account Executive Enablement, Senior Manager to support Account Executives and Sales Engineers in EMEA, based out of the London office. This role reports to the Director of Account Executive Enablement and will help define and execute the sales enablement strategy to keep teams current with product innovations, selling skills, and operating processes relevant to Acquisition and Expansion initiatives.

OverviewThis role focuses on enabling the Account Executives and Sales Engineers in EMEA, ensuring they stay aligned with the latest product developments, selling methodologies, and field operations.

Responsibilities

Act as a mini-CLO (Chief Learning Officer) for your programs and constituents focusing on Acquisition and Expansion selling.

Drive end-to-end ownership of enablement programming based on global and local needs: ideation, content creation, delivery, metrics and measurement, program management, communication management, and learning design.

Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for Account Executives and Sales Engineers.

Deliver a Point of View (POV) to stakeholders/SMEs and drive collaboration to close learning gaps. Stakeholders include Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Field CTO, Data Cloud, Industry, Sales Operations, and Field Leadership.

Establish yourself as an expert on engaging Account Executives and Industry Specialist audiences and developing content that resonates, including global programs.

Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.

Partner with the EMEA Solutions Engineering Business Partner to ensure integrated learning across functions.

Measure and improve industry knowledge and skills with innovative field-facing programming.

Provide feedback to the Onboarding team on field readiness beyond Onboarding.

Domain expertise and program delivery in the following areas:

Acquisition and Expansion enablement skills (consulting, design and development, training facilitation, presentation, program management, stakeholder management, and whiteboarding).

Industry product and knowledge (technical product acumen, business use cases, and industry).

Selling methodologies and skills (e.g., value selling, Challenger Selling).

Run the business skills (dashboards, CRM updates, etc.).

Experience with Acquisition and Expansion-focused selling.

On Day 1, We Will Expect You To Have

8+ years of related experience in sales, sales engineering, and/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software in data cloud, data warehousing, data engineering, and/or data science.

A BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; an MBA is a plus.

An understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.

Experience in learning design (e.g., Bloom taxonomy) and measurement (e.g., Kirkpatrick framework), enablement tooling (LMS, content management, and Articulate/RISE), gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders (i.e. master herder of cats).

An ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.

Strong consultative skills, such as conducting discovery, creating solutions to problems, and facilitating workshops/learning opportunities.

Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision-making, and commitment to excellence.

Ability to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs arise.

Based in the Snowflake London office, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
