Responsibilities
Drive new business sales by targeting enterprise organizations and building executive-level relationships.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Consistently deliver $1M+ in annual new business revenue against quota.
Utilize structured value-based selling frameworks (MEDDPICC or similar) to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Effectively communicate ROI and business value to C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and solution engineers to ensure client success.
QualificationsWe’re seeking
experienced “hunter” sellers
with:
Proven Enterprise SaaS Sales Success : Demonstrated history of winning consistent $200k+ new business deals.
Quota Achievement : Track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual new logo targets.
Complex Sales Expertise : Skilled in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
Sales Methodology : Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC (or similar value-based frameworks).
Executive Presence : Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
Requirements
Currently based in
Dublin or London
(mandatory).
Minimum 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales.
Strong new-logo acquisition background (not solely account management).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with uncapped OTE.
