Key Responsibilities

Full 360 sales ownership as an individual contributor focused on new business

Own outbound prospecting and top of the funnel pipeline generation across the UK

Develop relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate

Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proposals based on client needs

Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM discipline, reporting directly to the CRO

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ experience in Proptech or broader real estate-related B2B sales

Proven success in demand generation, pipeline ownership, and closing new business

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Highly motivated by new business development

Comfortable working in a high growth, target driven environment

The Offer

£120,000 base salary + commission (uncapped – realistic OTE £200k)
