Contract Senior HR Business Partner

As a contract role based in Luton, you will be instrumental in driving the people strategy to support the overall business plan. This is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role in a fast-paced environment within the HR sector, contributing to the continued success and growth of a leading European business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the Employee Relations agenda in partnership with relevant advisory teamsCoach and develop People Managers in various aspects of people managementManage headcount requirements in partnership with Finance, OD, and talent acquisition teamsShape and deliver the reward agenda for specified functional areasDrive the talent agenda; ensure the development and delivery of training interventionsJob Requirements:Experience in supporting a large, diverse workforceStrong negotiation skillsExperience working with trade unions or employee forumsConfidence in fast-paced environments with strong prioritisation skillsAbility to provide pragmatic solutions to new scenariosDetailed knowledge of UK employment lawExperience supporting non-UK or European activities is highly desirableAbility to liaise with employees at all levelsResilient with the ability to work under pressureProven track record of influencing and building strong relationshipsCommercial acumen demonstrating the value of HR interventionsCIPD qualification is desirable If you are an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging contract role in a dynamic and growing ..... full job details .....
