Senior HR Advisor

Your new company My client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their experienced HR team for 12 weeks starting in September. This will be a fixed-term contract.Your new role As Senior HR Advisor, you''ll provide expert HR support to designated areas, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. You''ll advise managers on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, performance, absence, employee relations, and change management. You''ll also contribute to strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and training delivery, while promoting the college''s values in all interactions.
