Are you an HR professional looking for your next step in a supportive, collaborative environment? An international law firm based in near Liverpool Street is seeking a
HR Coordinator
to join their friendly HR team on a
12-month fixed-term contract .
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a true
generalist HR role , gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
Supporting the coordination of the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process
Assisting with employee relations cases and HR policy queries
Managing HR data and maintaining accurate employee records
Supporting annual HR processes such as appraisals, salary reviews and benefits administration
Providing day-to-day support to the wider HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for
Previous HR experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of the firm
Proactive, team-oriented, and approachable – with a “can-do” attitude
