Senior Human Resources Coordinator role at Watson Farley and Williams. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail. The role is client and business facing and requires a collaborative and confident communicator who can work autonomously to ensure all employee lifecycle processes are delivered with excellence, professionalism, and empathy.What you''ll be doing

Owning, delivering, and continually identifying, suggesting and implementing improvements to the onboarding process – including pre-employment checks, coordinating all internal communication, liaising with new joiners and providing all relevant documentation and system updates and running impactful induction sessions.Managing all first line HR enquiries via the HR HelpDesk, email, phone or in person, delivering service excellence at all times. Providing a responsive and solution focused front-line HR service working to set timelines with a detail orientated right-first-time approach. Offering support on all process and policy related queries and directing enquiries to the relevant team members where appropriate.Managing the probation process for all UK employees.Being first point of contact for all probation and appraisal process related queries, escalating as required.Conducting exploratory meetings with line-managers, providing initial best practice advice on next steps where issues have been identified with regards to probation.Conducting wellbeing check-ins with employees and coordinating support where required.Coordinating the process for determining and providing workplace adjustments to employees who have a disability, impairment, or long-term health condition and who may have specific requirements for workplace adjustments to be made to enable them to carry out their roles.Owning all family leave and additional leave processes, including employee correspondence, DSE assessments, maternity coaching, maternity buddy system and monitoring leave/return dates. Liaising with payroll and conducting meetings with employees scheduled to take or returning from family leave, providing guidance on policies and procedures. Escalating to the Senior HR Advisor where required.Assisting the Senior HR Advisor with secondment related processes relating to both UK and international offices.Producing accurate file notes of meetings.Attending employee relations meetings in the capacity of note-taker. Producing transcripts of meetings for relevant parties.Owning the leaver process, including documentation, communication to leavers and line managers/Legal PA Coordinators, liaising with relevant teams, and providing timely references as required. Conducting effective exit interviews documenting and escalating key feedback for further action/consideration.Owning projects relevant to areas of responsibility and assisting the HR advisory team with project work as and when required.Providing introductory training on the HR system (Cascade) and answering ad-hoc queries from international Office Managers.Administration

Setting up and maintaining all employee records relating to the employee lifecycle.HR system management including inputting personal detail changes, holidays, absence, work pattern changes etc.Running the annual holiday close and carry over process.Running regular and ad hoc reports.Providing HR system training to users when required.Ensuring the HR Dashboard accurately reflects joiners, probations, leavers, family leave, flexible working arrangements etc. and all associated actions are completed in a timely manner in accordance with agreed SLAs.Ensuring the new joiner tracker and payroll tracker are up to date at all times.Producing all employee correspondence relating to the employee lifecycle and annual HR calendar (e.g. contract variations, salary review letters etc.).Archiving and data destruction, ensuring GDPR compliance, following Firm guidelines.Monitoring sickness and other absence records and identifying any issues.Preparing various MI to support data and trend analysis.Minimum of four years’ experience in a HR generalist role (HR Coordinator/Administrator/Assistant).Passionate about HR and driven to developing their skills and experience in the profession.Experience of managing HR processes relative to the full range of employee lifecycle activities.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills – right-first-time approach.Strong professional communicator (written and oral).Proven client service mindset.Confident in presenting to and conducting one-to-one meetings with employees.Experience working with an HR information system.What we can offer you
