Drive and manage the day-to-day operation of Human Resources at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport, in a generalist role to include Employee Engagement, Relations, Performance, as well as promoting and living our valuesBuild rapport with leaders and provide consultancy, advice, coaching and guidance across a wide range of job functions; act as a resource for all colleaguesFocus on Colleague Engagement by promoting our values through team building and social activities and by driving the Colleague Experience Survey and follow-up actionsManage Employee Relations, including mediation, performance and absence managementProvide coaching, counselling, and advisory support to Colleagues and Managers at all levelsRecruitment across roles and departmentsManage day-to-day HR budgets and act as gatekeeper for staffing budgetsAbout You

Currently working in a stand-alone property and ready to step up to a larger operation with team management and a broader HR communityBroad HR generalist knowledge with practical experience applying HR practices, policies, and employment law in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of UK employment legislation is essentialDetail-oriented, highly organised, collaborative and hands-onExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levelsConfident negotiator who can influence behaviours and drive change across the hotelComfortable with KPIs, data interpretation, and communicating insights to support business goalsExperience with HR systems; knowledge of Fourth or PeopleSoft is an advantageAn empathetic leader who achieves results through people, with prior HR Manager experience and team managementBenefits
