A global, fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the evolution of its people technology landscape. This high-impact role will drive transformation across the entire employee lifecycle through modern, scalable systems and tools.About the RoleYou’ll take ownership of the full suite of HR systems—including HRIS, ATS, LMS and more. Your core mission will be to design and execute a strategic roadmap that enhances user experience, ensures data accuracy, and aligns with business priorities. You’ll oversee major system implementations, manage vendors, lead a talented team, and ensure systems are integrated, efficient and future-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a multi-year strategy for all HR platformsOversee system selection, implementation, and enterprise-wide integrationContinuously optimise tools for performance, usability, and complianceBuild robust reporting and analytics frameworks to support insight-driven decisionsLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing people tech teamManage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring service excellenceDeliver effective change and adoption strategies for new and existing systemsAbout You10+ years’ experience in HR technology or HRIS, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleDemonstrated success managing platforms such as Workday, Smart Recruiters, Peakon, or AbsorbStrong understanding of HR disciplines: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and PerformanceSkilled in complex system integrations, project management, and vendor negotiationsKnowledgeable in data protection laws and system security (e.g., GDPR)Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and excellent communication skillsWhy Apply?This is a unique chance to lead people technology transformation at scale in a global organisation.
