As our People Systems Architect, your mission is to build the platform – or connected set of platforms that powers how the People team serves every Teyan. You’ll ensure that our systems are not just functional, but intuitive, integrated, and designed to make People processes invisible where they can be, and seamless where they must be.Whether a Teyan is onboarding, getting promoted, seeking support, or navigating change – your goal is to ensure the experience is smooth, consistent, and effective. You’ll treat every Teyan as a customer, building a service mindset into our systems and using every interaction as an opportunity to improve. Your work will free up time for our teams to focus on what matters most – the missions they came to Teya to solve.
