Working with the Director, People Servicesthis role creates regular reports to differentstakeholder groups and owns templates for regularcadence of reporting as well as ad hoc analysisrequests. Manages complex projects involving data.What you will do:Creates and delivers Dashboards andanalytics tools to the global People team(shared services and BPs)Provides regular analysis and reporting toHR leadership, LT and BoardManages projects with a high reportingcomponentResponds to ad hoc data/ reporting requeststhrough 3rd line escalation of service hubtickets or requests from the People Teamand LT membersCreate report templates on the system andoffline for People Services and BusinesspartnersDelivering regular reports to Finance team tosupport accurate forecasting andmanagement reportsDelivering people reporting to the TrusteeBoard, LT and HR leadershipProviding analysis to inform people relateddecision makingAdvising Business Partners, and HRDirectors on data and analysis includingmanagement of escalated issuesContributing to global HR team discussionsand working groups to ensure data andanalysis is integrated across HRworkstreamsManage an effective and engaged team, clear on itspurpose and contribution, by:Working with the Talent Attraction team toidentify and recruit the right talent to theteamProviding focus and direction, throughregular 1:1’s, setting clear objectives,providing ongoing, honest feedback,recognition, structured performance anddevelopment conversations, and helpingwith solutionsEnsuring a respectful and inclusiveworkplace, where team members cancommunicate openly, share knowledge soit can be used, and respect difference.Helps resolve conflict as appropriateLiving the CDP Values and demonstratingthe behaviours appropriate to theirpositionInternal stakeholders include:
