This strategic leadership position will be responsible for helping to develop and execute our global professional services strategy, ensuring we consistently deliver with a consultative mindset, and building a high-performing consultancy team.Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Partner with the Global SVP of Professional Services as well as other Professional Services leaders to define and execute the global vision and strategy for the professional services organization, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunitiesDevelop and implement scalable consulting and technical frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent across regionsBuild and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersBusiness Development and Growth

Drive global professional services revenue growth through direct client engagement and supporting regional teamsCollaborate with PS Solutions Engineering leadership to identify new professional services offerings and market opportunities and partner with PS leadershipCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling solutions and go-to-market strategiesAssist in managing global Professional Services Profit and Loss reporting to meet financial goalsTeam Development and Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse global team of consultants, solutions architects and developers across multiple regionsBuild and maintain a high-performance culture focused on positive customer outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvementEstablish clear performance metrics, career paths, and development opportunities for the global consulting organizationOperational Excellence

Optimize resource allocation, utilization, and profitability across the professional services consulting organizationCollaborate with the Director of Professional Services Delivery to Implement effective systems and processes for project management, knowledge sharing, and quality assuranceCreate standardized reporting and analytics to measure team performance, project outcomes, and client satisfactionThought Leadership

Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a thought leaderContribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, and industry insightsStay current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practicesRequirements

Experience

10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields5+ years in leadership roles managing large professional services teamsProven track record of scaling professional services organizations and driving substantial revenue growthExperience implementing and optimizing Professional Services methodologies and frameworksHistory of successful client relationship management at the executive levelExceptional leadership and people management abilitiesStrong strategic thinking and business acumenOutstanding communication and presentation skillsFinancial management and PandL responsibility experienceAbility to operate effectively across different cultures and regionsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesEducation

Bachelor''s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferredTravel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international) to support global team and client engagementsLocation
