We’re looking for a Senior Director, Learning Solutions to join our client’s growing team based two days per week in London. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the early stages of the learning solutions journey — from discovery and consulting through to solution design and project mobilisation.Are you a strategic leader with a passion for learning and development? Lead the strategy and execution of client discovery, consulting, and learning solution design.Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of learning specialists and project managers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project mobilisation and delivery.Provide strategic oversight to ensure robust project governance and client satisfaction.Act as a senior liaison across the business, aligning client needs with internal capabilities.What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior LandD, consulting, or solution design role.Strong understanding of learning design, project management, and client engagement.A track record of leading teams and delivering complex, high-value projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in a regulated or professional services environment.Nice to Have

Background in instructional design, learning architecture, or organisational development.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).Experience in the financial services or education sectors.Ready to shape the future of learning?
