Director of People and ChangeDirector of People and Change - Utilities Transformation (FTC)Hybrid working | Exec-Level Leadership OpportunityAre you a senior People and Change leader with a passion for driving large-scale transformation in complex, regulated environments? We''re seeking a Director of People and Change to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme within a leading UK utility business. You will have full accountability for shaping and delivering the people strategy, driving culture change and ensuring successful engagement with key stakeholders, including Trade Union partners.Responsibilities
Develop and own the overarching People Transformation StrategyLead the People and Change workstream across a complex, end-to-end transformation programmeDrive initiatives across OD, workforce planning, leadership development, engagement and capability buildingAct as senior interface with Trade Unions, leading sensitive negotiations and ensuring effective communication of people change impactsModernise ways of working and embed a high-performance, inclusive and agile cultureDeliver long-term People Plan initiatives to support sustainability, critical skills and succession planningAbout You
Proven experience leading complex people and change programmes in large, regulated organisations (utilities, energy, infrastructure, transport etc.)Deep expertise in transformation leadership, culture change, modernisation and Trade Union engagementStrong track record integrating people workstreams into enterprise-wide change agendasInfluential executive-level operator with excellent stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of UK employment law/industrial relations frameworks highly desirable
