Below is an overview of the position (a full job specification will be provided to successful candidates):Talent acquisition, management, and career developmentEquality, diversity, inclusion, and well-beingStakeholder engagement both internal and externalEmployee life-cycle administrationMaintaining and auditing staff, members, and pupils records to ensure accurate reporting of people dataProcessing contractual changes, appraisals, pay reviews, training, employee relations, managing leave requests, and extracting diversity information for reports to managementRepresenting Chambers in sector initiatives and events, sharing information with stakeholdersPromoting core values and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives, focusing on the People StrategyApplicants must be CIPD qualified or working towards membership, with a working knowledge of UK employment law. Generalist HR experience from chambers, law firms, or professional services is essential.
