The HR Officer will work in collaboration with the HR Operations team and be responsible for delivering excellent HR administration and first-line advisory services to the business. This individual will work directly with the business, aiming to enhance the value-add profile of the HR Operations team.Responsibilities

Provide first-line advisory services to employees on performance reviews, absence management, family-friendly procedures (maternity, paternity, and adoption leave), following policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and escalate issues when necessary.Support the HR Operations team in preparing documentation for disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and restructuring programs.Record and maintain accurate employee data and generate timely reports as needed.Ensure case management is properly recorded on the HR System on behalf of HR Business Partners.Create and review HR policies and procedures in conjunction with the HR Operations team.Manage the Company Terms of Engagement to ensure compliance with employment law updates, including an annual review for publication.Attend disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working meetings to take summary notes.Support salary and bonus review cycles, promotions, and budget processes, including preparing salary review letters with the HR Admin Hub.Review and improve HR processes continuously.Support HR projects and initiatives, leading aspects of them as directed by the Senior HR Business Partner.Person Specification

Educated to degree level and CIPD qualified or working towards it.Experience and Skills

Proven HR operational experience.Experience in professional services industry and/or multi-site environments is advantageous.Experience in establishing HR policies and procedures.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR databases.Understanding of HR policies and procedures is desirable.Benefits
