KAYAK is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to work exclusively with our digital advertising partners. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the client''s performance and success and drive renewal. This is a Paternity Cover role for 15 months, based in London and we expect candidates to commute to the office 3 times per week.This role will work closely with KAYAK''s ad sales and commercial teams in an agile, data-driven environment. You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic setting and have a deep understanding of the digital advertising space and client satisfaction.Responsibilities

Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaignsDeliver high-impact projects and campaignsAnalytically track and optimize campaigns to best meet client goals and objectivesCollaborate with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, including ongoing strategic consultation and supportProvide optimization recommendations and assist with deck creationCreate and present post-campaign wrap-up reportsClearly communicate campaign progress to clients and internal stakeholdersHandle multiple priorities with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsQualifications

BA/BS degree with a strong academic record3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts, integrated marketing campaigns, or client-direct relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteSolid understanding of the online media industryStrong analytical ability and high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with social media buying platforms is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; good sense of humorBenefits and Perks
