Be the point of contact within the business branch.Responsible for the day-to-day administration and upkeep of the team.Evaluate documents ready to be sent to the various teams.Collation, printing, and distribution of documentation.Ensuring that our planning board is fully up to date.New folder creation and digital filing.Dealing with customer calls effectively and efficientlyThe Person

Administrative experience busy environment.Proficient in English Language and Literature.Competency in Microsoft applications, Word etc.Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.The capability to deal with a variety of works.What we can offer you
