In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer quotations and orders, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You\''ll work closely with trade customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to order.Key responsibilities

Process customer quotations and orders with a high degree of accuracyCommunicate with customers via phone and email to provide excellent service and resolve any queriesLiaise with internal departments to support the order processMaintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasksRequirements

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProfessional and confident telephone mannerAbility to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative team player with a positive attitudeHighly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Desirable

Fenestration experience would be advantageousExperience using industry-specific software, particularly Window DesignerBasic understanding of construction drawings and building regulationsWhat we offer
