You''ll be the heartbeat of guest arrival, leading the reception and host team, ensuring a smooth and strategic flow of service, and giving each guest the warmest welcome in Mayfair.This is a fast-paced, high-profile environment, and were looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads with calm authority, and brings an intuitive sense of hospitality to every interaction.What Youll Be Doing:Oversee the guest journey from reservation to departure with energy, warmth, and precision

Manage high-volume bookings and guest pacing using

SevenRooms or OpenTable

(2+ years experience essential)

Personally handle VIPs, walk-ins, and private bookings with discretion and flair

Lead, coach, and train a front desk team to deliver exceptional standards of service

Collaborate with the floor and events teams to ensure every guest flows through the space effortlessly

Respond to guest queries and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach

Coordinate rotas, team briefings, and reception administration

What Were Looking For:At least

2 years experience

using SevenRooms or OpenTable in a high-end, high-volume environment

Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager

Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure with excellent guest-facing communication skills

Proven ability to lead a team, handle volume, and multitask with elegance

Advantage: experience with TripleSeat and/or private dining coordination

Impeccable grooming, professional attitude, and excellent spoken English
