Key elements of your role as Reception Manager:Ensure all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant and be seated at their tableEfficiently manage the bookings, to allocate tables equally over all sections of theRestaurant and to stagger times of bookings.To manage, train and lead the reception teamProvide up to date and accurate information on the Restaurant with a good knowledge of all food and drink offered, as well as specials.Ensure when necessary, all payment methods are dealt with in the correct manner

About you:You have 2 years experience in this positionSolution-driven individual able to work under the pressure of peak serviceYou love to wow guests with exceptional serviceYou have excellent English language skillsYou are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
