Weekly Pay: -460 - -500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (term time only)

Long Term Futures is seeking a proactive and resilient Year 6 Teaching Assistant to support a challenging class within a welcoming primary school in Allesley. The role involves supporting whole-class learning, managing classroom behaviour, preparing resources, and delivering interventions. SEN experience is essential, as you will also be supporting pupils with additional needs to help them thrive.

What the school is looking for:

• Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 1 year working with upper Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably Year 6.
• Skills: Strong behaviour management, confidence in leading interventions, and ability to support pupils with SEN.
• Knowledge: Understanding of KS2 curriculum and strategies for engaging and motivating challenging learners.
