serving elegant, seasonal dishes in a relaxed but high-quality dining setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning hospitality team, working under the guidance of a highly respected Executive Chef. You''ll be preparing food that celebrates local ingredients, cooked simply and beautifully. Think: wine-paired plates, seasonal seafood lunches, summer courtyard roasts, and a steady pace with consistent hours

all in one of the most picturesque locations in the South Downs.The Role

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone whos calm under pressure, proud of their craft, and keen to continue learning. Youll be responsible for managing your section, ensuring consistent quality, and contributing to daily prep and smooth service across a variety of menus.Weekly Service Overview

Evening Service (WedSat): Up to 40 covers, 23 course set menu

Saturday Seafood Lunch (Summer): 6095 covers in the courtyard

Sunday Roasts (Summer/Winter): 6095 covers, indoor or courtyard diningWhat Youll Gain
