Head of Marketing

Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the growth, voice, and visibility of Fanalysis. You’ll shape our brand from the ground up, driving fan adoption, building emotional connection, and making sure our message reaches the right people in the right moments.Responsibilities
Develop and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy to grow our user base and deepen engagementOversee all channels; social, email, SMS, content, PR, influencers — ensuring consistent tone, quality, and performanceCollaborate closely with product, partnerships and community teams to drive app downloads, usage, and retentionWork with TV, digital, and media partners to bring fan sentiment into high-profile moments and storylinesOwn CRM strategy across email and SMS, from onboarding flows to reactivation campaignsBuild out and lead a high-performing team, managing internal hires, freelancers, and agency partnersChampion our tone of voice and ensure the Fanalysis brand is consistent across every touchpointDefine and report on key performance metrics; from CAC and LTV to DAUs, community engagement, and retentionContinuously test, learn, and optimise creative, channels, and messagingAct as the voice of the fan inside the company, keeping us rooted in supporter culture and behaviourAbout You
You''ll have 7+ years'' working in marketing, with proven success in high-growth consumer apps or community-driven platformsYou’ve owned and delivered strategy across organic, paid, and CRM channelsYou’re comfortable working at both brand and performance ends of the spectrum, able to build love and drive numbersYou’ve worked with or alongside PR teams, influencers, and broadcasters and understand how to create moments that landYou know how to build a community and turn users into loyal, active advocatesYou’re fluent in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Braze, Hubspot, or similar and confident building out dashboards or reportsYou’re a natural leader who is collaborative, energetic, and happy rolling your sleeves up when neededYou’re plugged into football culture and fan behaviour, you’re in front of it all, from the memes to the meltdownsBonus if you’ve worked in sport, media, or a startup with a strong editorial or emotional identitySeniority level
