This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of OTs, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants in a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with neuro-disabilities.
With an annual salary ranging from -55,000 to -65,000, this role offers you the chance to shape and grow a service during a key transformation period. You''ll also have opportunities to work closely with leading rehabilitation bodies, all while making a direct impact on improving lives.

With a capacity for over 80 residents, they provide personalised care through a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of therapeutic care.
As a Therapy Manager you will:
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
- Craft and implement a therapeutic strategy aligned with the organisational vision.
- Innovate and modernise services with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes.
- Represent the organisation externally with bodies like SRM and UKROC.
- Oversee departmental performance, finances, and service improvements.
- Provide professional leadership across therapy disciplines.
- Contribute to shaping a 365-day service to meet residents'' needs.
