Sous Chef

to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the

Executive Chef

and

Event and Catering Director , you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dishes for a wide range of events. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious chef who is eager to grow into a

future Head Chef position , provided performance and conditions are met.Key Responsibilities:Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and service.

Take responsibility for running the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.

Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.

Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and controlling costs.

Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen regulations.

Work closely with the events team to deliver tailored catering solutions.

Drive company vehicles when required to support catering events.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.

Ability to manage and inspire a team under pressure.

Strong technical cooking skills with creativity and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

A valid

UK driving license

is essential.

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends for events.

A proactive and ambitious attitude, with a genuine desire to progress to Head Chef.

Benefits:Salary:
