We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at the famous ABBA Voyage.As Sous Chef, youll be working in a dynamic, stadium-style environment where freshly prepared food is served at pace. Alongside high-volume service, youll also support the delivery of the VIP Lounge offer, featuring seasonal small plates from a set menu. Youll assist the Head Chef in leading the team, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth operations in this fast-moving arena setting.Salary: up to £42,000 per annumShifts: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, SundayContract: Full Time, PermanentAbout the Sous Chef role:Reporting directly with the Head Chef and deputising in their absenceWorking with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and ways to improve our offeringsEnsuring the food quality is at its highest standard at all timesEnsure the performance of the chef teamis ofthe highest standard by motivating and leading by exampleOverseeing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control in conjunction with the Head ChefEnsure all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained to the highest standardAbout the Ideal Candidate:Self-motivated with a strong will to mentor and develop othersSolid understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulationsExceptional food presentation standardsProven leadership in dynamic, fast-moving operationsFlexible and responsive to last-minute changesAdditional Information
