This role involves managing brand marketing, developing innovative promotions, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our audiences and partners. You’ll be responsible for setting the marketing strategy for the brand, understanding target customers, generating content ideas aligned with our strategy, and taking campaigns from concept to execution. Collaboration with editorial, commercial, and central marketing teams will be key to ensuring that campaigns engage our audience and drive commercial success. The role reports to the Commercial Director of BBC Gardeners World.You’ll love this role if you love;Creating impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams and partners, and driving measurable brand growth through our platforms.As a Brand Growth Lead, you will;Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the business’s strategic goals, implementing measurement and marketing plans to demonstrate month-on-month growth in new customer volume.Ideally experienced in using META, TikTok, and Google to scale brand growth measurably.Conduct A/B tests with creative and messaging to optimize marketing performance and grow brand share of voice across top-of-funnel channels.Experiment with and harness the power of generative AI to support testing.Collaborate with Gardeners World content teams, PR, advertising, and central marketing departments including subscriptions, social, and video to create cohesive campaigns across multiple platforms.Plan and execute the successful 241 gardens campaign in the May issue, recruiting gardens to the scheme and working with the Circulation team to ensure retail visibility.Leverage digital platforms and social media to build audience engagement through influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, competitions, and other creative initiatives.Identify, negotiate, and manage media partnerships for co-branded promotions, sponsored content, and collaborations.Build and develop relationships with external partners for successful campaigns.Manage campaign resources effectively, ensuring projects are within budget and contribute to profitability.Track and analyze ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performance.Provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.Manage and set objectives for the Brand Marketing Executive, including LandD.Maintain knowledge of the BBC’s commercial and editorial policies, ensuring adherence in all promotions and marketing activities.Enhance PR activities for broader brand recognition through high-impact initiatives, strategic partnerships, and multi-channel amplification.Requirements include experience in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns, strong digital marketing knowledge, ability to manage multiple campaigns, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, strategic mindset, and analytical skills.Additional benefits include a relaxed working environment, well-being initiatives, holidays, health care, electric vehicle lease, tailored training, flexible working, family policies, pension plans, and a modern office environment.At Immediate, we foster an inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic culture that supports our people and our commitments to diversity, sustainability, and community impact.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds, including those returning to work after a career break.Immediate is a place you can grow, be supported, and make a difference.
