Working as part of an HR team and supporting talented, creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to ensure the delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service.Responsibilities

Managing learning and development programmesSupporting and coaching managers on employee relations issuesChange management and employee engagementTalent mapping and recruitmentEnsuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy changeReward and recognitionWorking on projects from conception and implementation through to evaluationQualifications

A proven track record of success in an HR/People role within media, agencies or fast-paced client-focused businessesThe ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the businessTeam leadership and mentoring skillsAbout the role
