The department provideexpert advice to individuals and companies on probate, trusts and estates administration, lasting powers of attorney and deeds of variation.The Role:This position is for a junior solicitor or chartered legal executive where you will beresponsible for managing a varied caseload of taxable and non-taxable estates, with a range of complexity. The role also includes the supervision of paralegals within the team.Key responsibilities include:Handling estate administration matters from instruction to conclusionWorking to targets, deadlines and service level agreementsSupporting and supervising junior team members (experience advantageous)About You:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with atleast 1 PQE in non-contentious probate, including wills, estates, tax and trustsStrong client care and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesA forward-thinking and proactive approachSTEP diploma (advantageous but not essential)This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your career in a growing department, with hybrid working available.
