As a

Contentious Probate Solicitor , you will:Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including:Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claimsWill challenges (capacity, knowledge, approval)Trust disputes, executor and trustee issuesProprietary estoppel, construction, and rectification claimsCourt of Protection disputesHandle both bringing and defending claims, providing expert legal advice and representation. Work alongside experienced professionals, including Full Members of

ACTAPS . Support the team in business development and enhancing the firm''s profile. Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain excellent relationships.Skills and Experience:
