Responsibilities

Committed to providing a high standard of service to clients, this reputable leading national practice is looking to hire an experienced contentious probate specialist to come in and hit the ground running.

Deal with a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters.

Working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 would be advantageous.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 2 Years PQE in contested probate and court of protection matters.
