Role Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join their team and make an immediate impact.

Candidate Profile:

Applications are invited from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE, experienced in contested probate and Court of Protection matters.

Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate and Court of Protection cases.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 is advantageous.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
