We are looking for a
Credit Control Specialist on 6 month FTC

Here’s what you’ll be doing:Manage the credit control function for the Stevenage office (Blend of both B2B and B2C debt)To achieve cash collection targets and other relevant KPI’s in line with the business values.Liaise with the Firm’s Partners to collect debts in accordance with the Credit Policy.Make recommendations included to help mitigate risk and increase cash collection.Monthly debtor meetings with the Office Principal and other partnersManaging queries to make sure these are resolve in a timely manner.Referring default debts for further actionSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
3-5 years in credit control. Ideally for a similar roleCompetent excel skills. Must be able to do Pivot tables / V-LockupsHave experience in a professional services industry an advantage, but not essential.Be proactive and keen attention to detail required.Knowledge of the Legal process relation to debt recovery.Studying for CICM is an advantage, but not essential.Able to deal with change management efficiently.Able to work with different systems and overcome obstacles.Able to conduct debtor meetings with confidence and professionalism.Able to work both in the office and remotely.Able to prioritise workloadShows a positive / can-do attitude with interactions with clients and colleagues.Benefits
