About the team and the job:This is a fast paced evolving credit control role reporting to the Head of credit control assisting in timely collection of premium due.How you''ll contribute:Chasing Brokers / Clients for funds due on insurance premiumsReporting – aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiumsMeeting with Underwriters and brokers and Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally and Externally)Resolving queries raised by the business and other departmentsEnsuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiumsEnsuring the correct and timely payment of funds from the IBA accountRequirements:Strong Understanding of the Insurance Market and Lloyds of London marketOffshore / Onshore dynamicsCredit Control experience, ideally in the insurance marketExperience reporting internally and externalWe are not partnering with agencies on any roles unless specified by the Talent Acquisition Team.
