passionate Junior Sous Chef

Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team to uphold the brands high standards while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head and Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
Oversee mise en place and maintain organisation across stations
Guide and mentor junior team members
Uphold hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative kitchen culture
