About the Role

As

Sous Chef , youll work closely with both the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. With a small but efficient team behind you, this is a hands-on role where youll have real input into service, standards, and the continued evolution of our food offer.??

Ideal Candidate

Currently a

Sous Chef

in a wet-led venue or bar kitchen, or a

strong CDP

ready for the next step

Confident leading a small team and running shifts

Passionate about quality bar food and snacks

A team player with great communication skills

Calm, organised, and reliable during service
