Senior Office Administrator - Travel, Calendar and Email ManagementWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our fast-paced, ambitious team. This role provides administrative support directly to two senior executives—ensuring operational excellence across our workflows.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload under minimal supervision.
Proactive mindset—take initiative, ownership, and seek out improvements.
Excellent calendar management skills with confidence coordinating multiple schedules.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
Proficient in Excel and with G Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software tools and systems.
Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proven problem-solving skills—proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
Growth-oriented—committed to continuous improvement and learning.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship-builder.
A can-do, get-it-done attitude, with flexibility to support urgent and evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the office to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage and collect invoices from team members for handover to the bookkeeper.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding documentation and policy coordination.
Support two executives with diary management, communications, and administrative requests.
Book and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
Keep executive calendars accurate and up to date with travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventories, placing timely orders as needed.
Ensure efficient and accurate flow of information across the team and systems.
Conduct research when requested.
Updating Company handbooks.

Role Info
Full time (8:30 am to 5:00 pm).
Location: Sevenoaks Office, 5 days a week (2 min walk from the train station).
Transit: 30 minutes by train from London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo.
