ER Advisor, £36,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Manchester (Hybrid) Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for an ER Advisor to join their growing team. This role will function to support managers with ER issues across a multi-site organisation. Main duties include: Managing a varied caseload of ER matters, ranging from high-volume to complex.Coaching and supporting people managers through formal processes.Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with employment law. Providing regular updates on case progress and performance to key stakeholders. Collaborating within a team of ER Advisors to drive consistency and improvement. Contributing to building management capability to support delivery of strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have: Solid working knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing a high-volume and complex ER caseload. Experience operating in a multi-site, diverse organisation.
