ER Advisor, £36,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, 12 Month FTC, Manchester (Hybrid) Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for an ER Advisor to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will function to support managers with ER issues across a multi-site organisation. Main duties include: Managing a varied caseload of ER matters, ranging from high-volume to complex.Coaching and supporting people managers through formal processes.Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with employment law and internal policyProviding regular updates on case progress and performance to key stakeholdersCollaborating within a team of ER Advisors to drive consistency and improvementContributing to building management capability to support delivery of strategic goals The ideal candidate will have: Solid working knowledge of UK employment law CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing a high-volume and complex ER caseloadExperience operating in a multi-site, diverse organisationExcellent communication skills.A collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach This role would suit someone agile and passionate about delivering a high-quality Employee Relations service.
