Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to join a successful and growing HR consultancy based in Central London, close to Bank station.This is a client-facing role supporting an existing portfolio of financial services clients, providing proactive HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. The position will involve working both remotely and on-site with clients, delivering day-to-day HR support as well as managing project-based work.Please note: previous HR consultancy experience supporting multiple clients is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a client-facing HR Consultant supporting multiple clientsAuditing and reviewing HR functions for new and existing clientsReviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentationActing as an in-house HR Advisor to client organisationsManaging employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPEImplementing and maintaining HR systems for clientsDrafting contracts of employment and providing general HR adviceRequirementsPrevious experience working within an HR consultancy supporting multiple clients (essential)Minimum 5 years'' experience in an HR generalist roleCIPD Level 7 qualifiedStrong Employee Relations experienceExperience supporting organisations within the financial services sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOur client offers an excellent benefits package and a strong long-term career opportunity within a growing ..... full job details .....
