Senior HR Advisor (12 Month FTC)Top City law firm is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide day to day support to fee earner practice groups and business services teams, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Salary to £66,00012-month fixed-term contractFantastic employee benefitsHybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days remoteSenior HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted adviser and sounding board for lawyers, partners, and Business Services employeesSupport the HR Managers with aspects of business partnering as determined necessaryAct as the first point of contact for employees in relation to HR issuesWork with the Employee Relations team to ensure all ER matters are dealt with in accordance with precedents across the London Practice groups and Business ServicesCo-ordinate the delivery of performance management, performance review and salary review and bonus processesSupport the annual salary review process in conjunction with the Reward teamSupport the HRBPs in conducting new joiner conversations, collate feedback and communicate to the appropriate people as necessarySenior HR Advisor Skills and Requirements:3+ years of generalist HR and business partnering experience ideally within a law firmSolid understanding of UK employment legislationGood knowledge of employee relations processes, particularly performance management and disciplinary/grievance proceduresStrong influencing and negotiating ..... full job details .....
