12 month FTC3 days per week in the office.Office location: City of LondonInternational consultancy are now looking for a talented Senior HR business Manager to join them and become part of their busy HR team.This role will play an integral part of their HR team and will report directly to the head of HR.You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects - from developing training strategy to working directly with the management team.Typical attributes/responsibilities:Training and development - assessing gap analysis across the business working with the management team to compile training and development programmes - executing this across the business globally. ER - working with the management team and employees to positively guide and lead ER cases - applying best practice, training and support.
